The Role

The Sales Executive will be primarily responsible for taking the Habitat Nationwide brand services portfolio out to stakeholders involved in Nigeria's real estate sector. This role is primarily field based and the role holder will be out on a daily basis researching and following up new and existing adverts leads with a view to signing products and services portfolio onto the Habitat Nationwide Real Estate Tabloid, Habitat Nationwide Traveller and Habitatnationwide.com Web Portal.

The Person

The Habitat Nationwide Sales Executive is a highly presentable individual with good written and verbal communication skills. Possessing an excellent knowledge of the Nigerian real estate industry and associated trade sectors, the representative will share the vision and ethos of the Habitat Nationwide brand and our positioning strategy within the Nigerian real estate marketplace. Knowledge or working experience gained in the hospitality sector (hotels, resorts, guest houses, highbrow restaurants and bars) will prove a distinct advantage.

Preferably from a sales background, the Habitat Nationwide Sales Executive will be able to work in accordance with laid down policies where required and most times use own initiative in proclaiming the Habitat Nationwide brand advantage.

Achieving highly competitive but reasonable targets in exchange for a highly rewarding career commensurate with renumeration packages and recognition will be the primary objective and focus of the Habitat Nationwide Sales Executive.

Qualifications

The Habitat Nationwide Sales Executive will be ideally educated up to a degree/HND or OND level.

Salary

Base salary of up to N1,000,000 gross per annum (depending on experience) plus very attractive commission and a career progression path.

As the role is performance based and target driven, successful applicants will be required to complete a 6-month probationary period.
