A LAGOS-BASED property development firm, Messrs Wealthteam Properties Limited has unveiled its three estate projects in Lagos and Ogun states, which promises investment opportunities for prospective homeowners.

The schemes known as Quantum Life Estate are located at Iworo-Badagry in Lagos, Ijere-Ibafo and Igbese in Ogun State. The estate is being developed as a site and services scheme. Each of the plots at the schemes ranges from N600, 000 to N3 million.

Anticipated facilities include earth road, borehole, perimeter fence, entry and exit gate, security/CCTV surveillance, electricity and central sewage system.

A unique feature of the schemes is the introduction of multi level marketing and networking system, which allow for bonuses for members and subscribers.

The managing director, Wealthteam Properties Limited, Mr. Sunny Elem disclosed that the scheme offers opportunity to invest in real estate with zero capital and acts as pathway to owning land and house through referral, as well as, a platform for accessing the National Housing Fund (NHF).

He explained "every month, we will calculated and set aside some percentage of total sales for the month as extra bonus for top enrollees in our system. Those that enrolled 10 subscriptions in that month shares 50 per cent of the entire volume for theta month while the remaining 50 per cent for those, who introduced 10 people, who paid outright within the month."
